To Register a CoolIT Systems Inc. Product please go here and go to the Support/Production Registration Tab
Instructions for submitting a Technical Support Case or a Request for RMA
Click on the My Account Tab. On this tab click on the ‘Continue’ below New Customer.
Fill out your Name, Email address and create a Password. You will use your email address and Password to login into the Customer Care Center in the future to see updates or to submit additional information.
Once in the Customer Care Center look for ‘Contact Support’ under Support in the center area of the page. This form is what you will use to submit any questions, issues, or problems (including a request for a Return Authorization Number)
Please Use the 'Edit Profile' Selection that is also found under Support to add an address to your account. (This is necessary for any RMA requests) (Do Not use the New Contact link on the Contact Support Form as it will not add the address to your Customer Account for RMA requests)
You will be able to update and see the current status of your Case by logging into the Customer Care Center and clicking on ‘See Support Cases’
